Why Use Red Diamond Elite Pool Service

Red diamond is a very unique service company. We only take on a maximum of 10 customers per year and we go the extra mile for these customers. We will go to these pools every single day Monday through Friday. This is just one thing that sets us apart, but it doesn't stop there. Another thing that sets us apart from the masses is that when you hire us and you have a breakdown, pump goes out, heater burns up, you don't have to pay for it. We take care of it. This includes all pumps, heaters, salt cells and automation. We even do leak detection, so no more looking for someone to do that for you also. We do it all in-house. Installation to repairs, re-plumbing to the electrical. Everything is done by us.

Our Services

One of the first things you will notice that we do when we show up on day one is we will have a brand new pool cleaner robot and leaf robot to put in your pool.

No you are not charge for it.

This is just a small list of what we will do from day one everyday.

Blow off deck and furniture. (even day)

Keep all furniture straight and neat. (every day)

Clean pool of leaves and debris (every day)

Check pool chemistry with electronic span tester. (every day)

add chemicals as necessary

Make sure there is no leaks in plumbing and equipment. (every day)

Make sure all equipment is running properly

Run pool heater if equipment 30 min ever 2 week

(Maintenance item )

Check all breakers/GFIC every month for the pool and around the seating area.

(Maintenance item per NEC code)

Check pool bonding and grounding every 6 months to make sure it's safe.

Pressure wash furniture and decking at beginning of summer if needed.

2 full leak detections a year to make sure no water is being lost.

All packages are for concierge services.

5 day a week service full concierge service.

Monday - Friday

This service has added benefits like free equipment replace on break downs that includes pumps, heaters and automation. Also includes all pool related repairs and services.

Prices starting at $100,000.00 for a year.

5 day a week service with no break down insurance or repairs.

Does not include equipment break down replacement.

Prices start at $75,000.00 for a year.

3 day a week service full concierge service.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

This service has added benefits like free equipment replace on break downs that includes pumps, heaters and automation. Also includes all pool related repairs and services.

Monday, Wednesday, Fridays

Prices start at $80,000.00 for a year

3 day a week service with no break down insurance or repairs.

Does not include equipment break down replacement.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Prices start at $55,000.00 for a year

2 day a week service full concierge service.

Tuesday and Thursday

This service has added benefits like free equipment replace on break downs that includes pumps, heaters and automation. Also includes all pool related repairs and services.

Prices start at $60,000.00 for a year

2 day a week service with no break down insurance or repairs.

Does not include equipment break down replacement.
